We have strived to find solutions to improve water consumption in our operations since 2012. One of the actions taken was the replacement of water-based air-conditioning systems with condensed air-based air conditioning in our stores. Although the new mechanisms require more investment, they significantly reduce water consumption and are less polluting. In addition, the installation of dual-flush toilets and automatic faucets with aerators also allow us to reduce water consumption. The installation of faucet aerators, for example, contributes to a reduction of up to 80% in water consumption.
