In 2013, we launched a project aimed at returning 100% of hangers to our distribution centers through reverse logistics. During this process, we also identified the opportunity to reuse boxes of imported products, which were previously discarded. It is also possible to reuse broken hangers as raw materials to make new products through recycling.
